Anxiety and Phobias

What is Anxiety?

Also known as anxiety disorder, it is a condition where a person is constantly worried for no reason. They feel constantly anxious as if they will receive bad news or something bad will happen. When it is very intense and comes in attacks, it is called a panic attack. When it occurs in special situations, it is called a phobia. There are types such as social phobia, claustrophobia, open-air phobia, animal phobia, height phobia.

What Causes Anxiety and Phobias?

The causes of anxiety disorders are not fully understood. However, it is seen that factors such as traumatic events, various experiences, health problems, hereditary factors can trigger anxiety disorders. In terms of regulatory medicine, unresolved internal conflicts and chronic stress are the most important causes. There is a giant recording center, the subconscious brain, under our conscious brain. We cannot be aware of the recordings here.

The negative recording load constantly disturbs the conscious brain and causes anxiety disorder. These records may be psychological traumas and unresolved internal conflicts that we have experienced, as well as negative signals from the body such as past illnesses and surgeries, flora disorders, toxic accumulations, vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

How is it Treated?

In terms of classical medicine, anti-anxiety medications, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapies are recommended.

In terms of regulation medicine, chronic stress-creating situations should first be identified and regulated. When problematic body areas that create negative signals in the body are regulated with neural therapy and the hormonal system is treated, anxiety disorder decreases significantly.

When the subconscious loads are determined with the psychokinesiological approach and the energy accumulated in the limbic system is discharged, anxiety decreases and can disappear with affirmation exercises.

Homeopathic Bach Flowers and Microsystem Acupuncture also provide significant relief.
