Dizziness
What is Dizziness?
Dizziness is the perception of movement around the person. As a result of this false movement sensation, it becomes difficult to stand still, the person begins to wobble and feels the need to hold on to something.
Why Does It Happen?
In order to maintain balance while standing, the posture muscles must contract in a certain order. This order is organized by the central nervous system according to the information received from the environment. This information comes from the eye, the inner ear and the receptors in the muscle tendons. If the information received is not compatible with each other, it is perceived as if there is an imaginary movement in the environment. This is called dizziness.
The most common causes of dizziness are inner ear problems and central nervous system diseases. For this reason, the first place that patients with chronic dizziness will apply to is ENT and neurology clinics. If an organic cause cannot be determined as a result of the examinations and tests performed here, which is not the case in a very large group of patients, the movement system must also be evaluated.
There are very important receptors for balance, especially around the jaw joint and upper neck spine. Functional movement limitations of these regions are the most common cause of dizziness. The causes of this functional limitation are chronic teeth grinding, past infections in areas such as teeth, sinuses, tonsils in the head region, digestive, respiratory and circulatory problems.
How is it diagnosed?
The diagnosis is made as a result of examinations and tests to be performed in neurology and ENT clinics. In cases where a diagnosis cannot be made, the upper neck and jaw joint should be physically evaluated and problematic body areas that may affect this region should be evaluated with bioinformative analysis methods.
How is Dizziness Treated?
If an organic cause is detected, treatment is performed by the relevant branch physician according to the cause. If an organic cause is not detected, medications are given to prevent dizziness.
In patients who cannot be detected with an organic cause and have been treated with medication for a long time, it is possible to obtain permanent results in many cases from a neural therapy perspective.
First of all, the jaw joint and upper neck region are evaluated in terms of functional limitation. If functional limitations are detected, areas such as teeth, sinuses, tonsils in the head region that may cause this, as well as digestive, respiratory and heart areas are evaluated with bioinformative analyses in terms of interference field effects. A treatment is planned according to the problems found.
Blockages detected in the upper neck region are opened with Manual Therapy. Interference field effects are eliminated with Neural Therapy. If there are digestive system problems, they are supported with the necessary diet program and nutritional supplements. A detox program is applied to toxic loads that can be detected in the body.
With Holistic Regulation Medicine Applications to be applied in this way, it is possible to get rid of the symptoms permanently.
