Psychokinesiology
What is Psychokinesiology?
It is a treatment method applied to get rid of the subconscious burdens that affect the person’s body, mental state and life.
How is it applied?
Muscles are tissues that work with electrical stimuli. They are also affected by the signals in the central nervous system and their strength changes according to the incoming signal. While they get stronger in positive signals, their strength decreases in negative signals. Based on this fact, the subconscious burdens that are the cause of the physical or psychological problems that the person is currently experiencing can be reached.
For this, the person is asked to repeat a sentence aimed at the target each time, and the strength of the person’s previously selected reference muscle is tested. In this way, a projection is provided to the burdens lying in the subconscious in physical diseases, phobias, obsessions, anxiety and depression.
The patient’s subconscious, which enters the emotional state in the relevant burdens found, is reset with eye movements in the direction found with the muscle test and new affirmations are placed in its place. Then, self-treatment is continued and these affirmation sentences are repeated daily by the patient while making eye movements in their own specific gaze directions and stimulating their own acupuncture points. This treatment is continued with checks and repetitions until the patient recovers.
What is the difference between psychotherapy and hypnosis?
In psychotherapy, the patient and the therapist try to get to the root of the problem by examining the patient’s mood, feelings, thoughts and behaviors by talking to each other for very long sessions. In this way, the aim is for the patient to gain insight and reach a new level of consciousness. The subconscious problems are tried to be understood by navigating the level of consciousness.
In hypnosis, the patient is put into a special trance state where he is insensitive to external stimuli and much more sensitive to the therapist’s directives, and the subconscious is tried to be programmed.
In psychokinesiology, on the other hand, without the need to talk to the patient for months or to put the patient into a trance state, the correct subconscious loadings can be reached in minutes with the guidance of muscle testing. The person is conscious and in communication with his doctor. When the correct subconscious loads are reached, the patient usually starts to cry. The energy accumulated in the limbic system can be discharged in a short time with special eye movements made by the patient, and similarly, benefits can be achieved in a short time with a certain technique and new affirmations.
Why is it important?
Subconscious loads also underlie some physical diseases such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and chronic pain. Most of the time, neither the patient nor the doctor are aware of this. In particular, patients who cannot recover despite medical treatments must be evaluated in terms of subconscious loads. In such cases, no matter what treatment is applied, the patient cannot fully recover unless the subconscious is sufficiently reset.
Who Can Apply This Treatment?
It can be applied by physicians and dentists who have received Applied Kinesiology training within the scope of the regulation medicine approach.

Psychokinesiology is an energy therapy method that aims to identify and resolve traumatic emotions stored in the subconscious through muscle testing.
It is used for anxiety disorders, phobias, chronic pain, relationship problems, and repetitive behavior patterns.
Emotional blockages are identified through muscle testing, after which subconscious traumas are neutralized to restore system balance.
Most individuals feel relief from the first session; multiple sessions may be needed for lasting effects.
Although clinical evidence is limited, effective results can be achieved based on individual feedback and when integrated with a functional medicine approach.
